You are allowed to send one SMS message per day to your device. If you encounter this error you will have to wait 24 hours before sending another message. You can download the application manually by navigating to http://mobile.webtradingonline.com/FxSolutions/ on your phone's Internet browser.
The SMS message can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. If you do not receive the message within 30 minutes you will need to download the application manually by navigating to http://mobile.webtradingonline.com/FxSolutions/ on your phone's Internet browser.
If your phone displays the link as plain text you will not be able to click on it. If your phone displays an active link you may be able to follow the link by using an option such as Activate or Select on your phone. After sending the SMS to your mobile phone complete the following steps to install the application to your phone and login:
Follow the link contained in the message sent to your phone or navigate to http://mobile.webtradingonline.com/FxSolutions/ on your phone's mobile browser.
You will be directed to a screen that contains a download link for GTS Mobile. Select the download link to begin the download.
Once the download is complete search your phone's application menus for the newly downloaded application. Select the icon to launch.
You will be taken to a login screen and asked for your username and password. Enter your existing account information, select login, and start using the application.
After initiating the PDA download and saving it to your computer's desktop complete the following steps to install GTS Mobile and login:
Connect your PDA to your computer and run the installation application that you saved to your desktop.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the synchronization between your computer and PDA.
Once the synchronization is complete go to your PDA's main menu where you will see an "FX" icon for the GTS Mobile platform. Select the "FX" icon to launch the application.

GTS Mobile is free to all GTS practice and live account holders. Any charges that you may incur relate to the data fees and/or roaming fees applied by your network provider. We recommend that you contact your provider for information regarding applicable data fees and roaming charges.
Your phone will receive calls or SMS as normal while you are using GTS Mobile. Incoming calls and SMS temporarily interrupt the activity of the mobile platform but no account information is lost since all data is recorded on our servers. When you return to GTS Mobile you will be able to pick up at the point where you were interrupted by the call or SMS.
If you were placing, closing, or canceling a market order or entry order while the connection was lost, you should check if the order was placed once the connection is restored.
